• Implementing Enfinity HRMS and ERP application
• Responsible for managing clients in pre-sales and post-sales environments
• Facilitating training workshops and driving the agenda as per project plan
• Identify, evaluate and understand customer requirements to help with set-up, configuration and customization
• Ensure users are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service
• Quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client's satisfaction
• Responsible for coordinating with all project stack-holders
• Provide feedback to the development team
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions on time and budget
