1. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, developing and implementing product strategy to achieve desired revenue and maintain margin target for specific category;
2. Purchase Planning and Distribution for the specific category based on store, channel profile and requirements;
3. Achieving product revenue numbers whilst effectively managing inventory;
4. Execution of promotion strategies including trade promotions, consumer promotions and consumer advertising/ marketing;
5. Maintain and analyze PSI (Purchase Stock Inventory) data to ensure efficient store ranging and real-time consumer preferences are gathered and acted upon in order to select and optimally place products on store shelves;
6. Develop and maintain display matrix;
7. Analysis: Sales, Stock, Channel, Promotions, Competitors;
8. Track shipment and follow-up with supply chain department and supplier on delivery;
9. Foster collaborative and supportive relationship with the stores, sales/key accounts team and head office support functions to leverage full support.
