GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITY

Corporate governance Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks

ACCOUNTABILITY
Financial accounting: Deliver accounting, general ledger, payments processing and expenditure management processes and outputs
Financial reporting: Manage financial reporting and ensure statutory accounts, tax returns etc. are delivered in line with standards
Consolidation: Formulation, preparation, and monitoring of consolidated financial statements and in accordance with the set objectives, targets, policies, procedures and controls.
Financial control: Deliver financial control processes and ensure expenditure is accounted for and delivers value for money
Regulatory reporting: Manage reporting to CBK etc. and ensure that reports are transparent, correct and defensible
Management reporting:
Manage planning and budgeting processes, collate and interpret inputs and establish baselines for performance management
Deliver performance monitoring processes which enable performance to be managed and performance issues to be identified
