• A bright, reliable, English and Arabic-speaking administrative assistant, the work is full-time.
• Responsible to work on data entry for a website.
• Cooperative with management.
• Prepare papers needed for store team
• Might work outside the office in some occasions when needed to check the store status.
• Ability to work under pressure with multi tasks.
• Must know how to handle & communicate with the all type of customers with the same level.
• Capability & ability to deliver knowledge on both products and services which will help to serve the customer and process customer’s calls
• Take orders from customers and online ordering platform.
• Dispatch orders with drivers and coordinate deliveries to be within company delivery time.
• Communicate and arrange with vendors and delivery companies
