Confidential Company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties include negotiating contracts with potential clients, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
Sales representative should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, being customer service oriented, and having a strong understanding of the sales process are a must.
Responsibilities
Office / internal work:
- Have a deep understanding and thorough knowledge of the products and services offered
- Collaborate with other departments to prepare common strategies
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets
- Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain client records and updates
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand
Lead Generation:
- Find prospective clients and new target segments
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients
Positive clients relationships
- Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ individual needs
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Attend to clients complaints and queries
- Make recommendations for clients
- Establish long term relationship with clients
Industry analysis
- Observe new products, and market conditions to understand clients’ specific needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Complete market research and monitor competitor activity
