A. Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining information security systems.
• Meet with prospective customers, understand requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate capabilities.
• Plan and manage product demos and proof of concept efforts.
• Address critical technical, and operational issues.
• Participate in the strategic design and architecture of security solutions.
• Participate in the Security solutions support if needed.
• Write technical documents as necessary describing base security requirements and architecture.
B. Qualifications:
• Prove technical-security background, with emphasis on security technologies, including an understanding of Information Security fundamentals.
• Demonstrated success in pre-sales role preferred.
• Hands on experience with security solutions. Must have experience in design, installation and configuration.
• Experience in cybersecurity solutions preferably in the areas of SOAR, PAM, Email Security, NG Firewalls, DLP, and Deception.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel from deep geeks to top exeSolid Experience in SIEM solutions (Archsight and/or Qradar)
• Reporting and communication skills
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, have a propensity to learn, and understand the importance of a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Must have the ability to tell a compelling story and engage with customers.
• Must be able to work well in team environment.
• Independent problem solver; self-directed, self-starting.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Good personal organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work issues.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic operations environment.
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, have a propensity to learn, and understand the importance of a sense of urgency.
C. Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Discipline
D. Experience:
College degree and 7-10 years’ experience in information security.
