Responsible to lead the department in strategizing Asset Management Processes applicable for Property Department systems and procedures. Ensure, organize and control reasonable quantities of spare parts stocks of kitchen equipment and other relevant business critical equipment to avoid downtime in support of business operations.
Responsibilities:
File equipment and spare parts warranty records.
Systems and controls of the department.
Monitor payments processes for spare parts and new equipment purchase.
Monitor and maintaining of stock levels.
Maintaining and managing filing structure.
Educate FM team on Policies and Procedures in place.
Spare parts stock control, monitor and ordering through the proper and timely coordination with BTL’s and field staff.
Preparation of APCA’s related to long-lead items and Assets required by the brands through CAPEX or urgent requirements.
Provide regular reports and updates on spare parts stock and ordering plan, APCA’s processed, system and procedures, and individual KPI’s.
Coordinate FM Services with KFG entities outside of Kuwait.
Manage the Technical Catalogues Library.
Support in other administrative and helpdesk functions as required.
