We are looking to recruit for Head of Credit Administration for a leading bank in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team for credit administration policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all submitted credit facilities and its collateral securities can be effectively implemented as per bank quality standards.
- Ensure that all credit committee decisions are followed and implemented as per the decision of the committee as an independent administration function.
- Monitor daily workload and output, provides adequate staff coverage, deals with queries from subordinates and arranges for training on Credit Administration & Systems techniques, ensuring the adoption of appropriate procedures and practices.
Key Requirements:- At least 12 years of experience in credit administration, credit risk and credit operations covering the GCC market.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance and/or banking.
