- Responsible for IT System & Network support of a company and its projects
- Proactively ensure the systems and infrastructure availability in an operations/production environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Infrastructure and IT Products experience with configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing Microsoft Exchange on Premises and On-Cloud, MS Office365,
Active Directory Services, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, Antivirus, WSUS and other application servers
- Experience on server hardware and storage technologies
- Should have working experience with VMware ESXi and other Virtualization technologies
- Installation, Configuration & Administration experience on Microsoft Windows 2008/2012, 2016 Windows clustering and storage networks
- Working experience in Redhat Linux enterprise installation, Configuration, Support and scale server infrastructure for development and production systems
- Experience working on Redhat Linux KVM environments
- Working experience on Veeam backup solutions and other backup technologies
- Manage Data backup of ERP and File servers on daily, weekly, monthly
- Very good working knowledge on Windows, Linux servers and Desktop OS platforms
- Must have working experience in LAN and WAN technologies
- Working experience in managing and monitoring Network Firewalls
- Maintain High-availability for File, Application servers and Network
- Maintain Inventory of all hardware and software resources of the company
- Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule including 2nd and 3rd level of support in Coordination with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Ensure change management policies and procedures are followed and Provide new capabilities for existing and new systems or products for the Datacenter equipment’s & End-users
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Manages multiple linked databases to include security, data safety and integrity, disaster recovery, procedures
- Plan and implements system security policies production host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts and Troubleshoots networks, systems, and ERP applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational problems
- Effectively communicate with diverse technical teams, multiple lines of business at all levels within the organization
- Strong analytical and communication skills both written and spoken in English
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
