- Ensure (a) Conducting efficient Post-Sanction Credit Review and evaluation of the Clients’ financial and non-financial data, and (b) Assist the Management in Controlling and Monitoring the Credit Portfolio.
-Conducting a fully-fledged review of Corporate Credit Applications and documents selected as per criteria approved to make sure the approvals are in line with credit policy, procedures and CB guidelines.
-Identifying accounts with early warning signals in coordination with the Unit Head, to mitigate any deterioration of the Assets’ Quality.
-Conducting End-to-End review of the Banks’ Credit Portfolio to monitor various risk parameters including sector and rating distribution, concentration risk, collaterals and pricing and weak /non performing exposures and highlights corrective/recovery action when necessary.
-Providing the Management with information related to the quality of Credit Portfolio, including credit sanction process, risk evaluation, and post sanction follow up.
-Ensures employees are working towards their goals and meeting their set targets.
-Develops and maintains relationships with all stakeholders.
