To increase the Company’s used Car sales volume and Lifan new vehicles in the
Market in addition to supervise and control the movement of stock.
• Propose Monthly and Annual objectives for the same, gross turnover and essential expenses of the department.
• Recommend and develop the company’s used and new car sales car policies for Lifan.
• Oversee all activities occurring in the used and Lifan showroom
• Ensure the sales targets are achieved/ exceeded and the profitability of the department is met.
• Implement goals set, track progress and lead team to achieve and exceed the targets.
• Awareness of the available features in each vehicle make/model.
• Ensure that the vehicle’s display in the showroom will catch the customer’s attention.
• Continuously measure and evaluate the performance of the sales, compare it to targets, investigate reasons for any deviations and implement remedy steps for corrections.
• Co-ordinate and lead all regular sales meeting with sales staff.
• Ensure that the sales staff has sufficient product knowledge and selling techniques and recommends training programs.
• Supervise the sales staff and directs their efforts towards achieving sale targets.
• Conduct physical inventory periodically and ensure that stock is tallying with system records.
• Report on a periodic basis to Management all sales activities in the showroom.
• Step into answer questions and issues when required.
• Attend customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
• Review competitors’ products and selling procedures in order make recommendations for development and to achieve superiority over competitors.
• Ensure sales department make contact with current and potential customers.
• Maintain the company’s customer data accurately and completely in the Kerridge Autoline system.
• Fill in the completed transaction sheets and forward them to accounting in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain standards for the delivery of cars to customers.
• Process the sales commission sheets
• Present reports and updates to the General Manager on work activities
• Ensure that all administrative and clerical functions within the Department are carried out in accordance with the company and dealership policies.
• To monitor and measurer the performance of the department and put in place Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to ensure that they are providing the highest level of customer service and delivery.
