Basic function:
- ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps) experience – Artificial Lift is a Must
- To provide customer account management support in ESP technical sales and application engineering activities in a professional and high standard quality and ensure the customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other functions to ensure efficient and smooth operations running
- Preferable GCC Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Applications & Technical Support:
- ESP sizing using Sub Pump/company’s software
- Sizing the surface equipment, Y- tool & ESP applications
- Technical Support through RIH, POOH and troubleshooting & Commissioning processes
- ESP designs optimization
- Participate in the tear down inspections and failure analysis with evaluating the corrective actions
Sales Targets & Budget Planning:
- Forecast, budget & target planning for each financial year
- ESP inventory analysis based on the forecast & budget plans
- Orders preparation of the ESP inventory (Inter company, 3rd Part & Consumables) based on the business requirements & activities
- Daily work in close co-operation with the sedentary team in the sales area and with sales administration
- Responsible for all aspects related to ESP tenders/RFQs (opportunity evaluation, sales strategy, pricing, preparation of tender/RFQ submission technical and commercial documents, follow-up on technical and commercial clarifications, closing the opportunity in a contract or PO format)
