- Making technical presentations demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
- Ensure that all personal and departmental sales targets with existing customers are met.
- Research and identify potential projects for the lighting division.
- Plan and modify product selections to meet customer needs.
- Follow technical approvals of products with consultants.
- Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentation for customer, partners and prospects.
- Identify new market/sector opportunities and develop strong customer relationship to maintain high levels of sales targets
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Assist in after-sales support to ensure satisfactory completion of company’s contract terms
- Estimate the quantifiable characteristics of products to help prepare tenders / quotes.
- Provide management with periodic sales reports
