- Managing all costs related to MEP work from the first calculations to the final numbers
- Review MEP Drawings and prepare quantity needs
- Make take off for all materials
- Comparison of quantities of drawings with those in the bill of quantities and showing any difference or change from the quantities expected to correct any shortage or increase early in the early stages of the project
- Prepare and submit monthly and final payments
- Calculation of monthly quantities executed and comparing them with the quantities of the monthly payments
- Audit and approval of subcontractors' work and payments
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Prepare, submit and discuss change orders
