• Expert in Policy systems and Standards for corporate organization.
• Expert in Gaps analysis identification for the existing policies.
• Assessing in Improving, updating and modifying the current policies and procedures and confirm the implementation.
• Building a strong QA oriented culture where food safety and first time right are corner stones.
• Preparation and review of quality control documentation.
• Management Reviews and prepare the annual QMS report for the group of companies.
• Customer Satisfaction Analysis and report to the management with suggestions for improvement.
• Formulate & amend quality system procedures as and when required and led the implementation of the same.
• Designing, Developing, Training, Implementation and Realization of the management system for Quality, Health & Safety and Environment complying to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 22000 international standards and applicable legal and other requirements.
• Organize and maintain complete history of standard operating procedures and all subsequent updates thereafter.
• Review and verify all changes for accuracy, technical content, and format before delivery of final published versions.
