- Support objectives and growth of the company
- Develop and maintain understanding of training industry to ensure up to date techniques are being used to enhance customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files
- Work with Interactive Design department to develop product portfolio of company solutions to help meet the company's objectives
- Liaise with internal teams to understand their animation and creative requirements
- Be part of the storyboard design and develop process to agree on set objectives and given job scope
- Research and develop knowledge to provide sound input on using the best type of medium for the particular course.
- Work within deadlines to meet projected course launches
- Work with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of developed animation videos/images
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and sustained interest
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for smooth and improved operations
- Advise on up to date techniques and developments to better improve our products and services
- Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
