- Develop safety, quality, hygiene and efficiency targets and develop corrective actions to address any issues
- Set ambitious goals and communicate them to department supervisors and leads
- Establish workflow strategies to enhance speed and work efficiency without compromising employee or product safety and ensure tactical and strategic goals are in alignment
- Determine and processing daily orders coming in through emails and what’s app and delegating the same to the respective department
- Be a visible presence on the facility floor in order to keep leaders and employees motivated and informed
- Participate in determining order quantities and quality check of all the orders should be done before dispatch to stores
- Checking, monitoring and maintaining the inflow and out flow of raw materials and non-edible goods
- Maintaining stock levels of all the raw materials used for the production of all products
- Reordering raw materials once approved by the management
- Following the FIFO inventory system
- Responsible for creating work schedules to ensure optimum staffing coverage
- Other tasks as assigned or as needed
