Summary of the role
We are on the lookout for a highly creative UI/UX build specialist who will be responsible for transforming static interface designs for products and applications into interfaces that deliver high end user experiences for customers and end users.
You are comfortable working with designers and developers, giving stakeholders a sense of confidence in your capabilities as a build specialist delivering interfaces that accurately reflect the designs but bringing them to life with interactions, animations, haptics and other elements that enhance the sensory experience for customers and end users, all while maintaing an attention to detail and quality while delivering according to timelines you have committed.
You are able to work with project teams regardless of the project methodology e.g. waterfall, agile, scrum, lean, etc., identifying the most efficient way to deliver for each project to maximise productivity.
You understand that UI build is a subset of UX and you are open to learn and understand how to build for UX and apply it to your work.
Responsibilities
- Develop new user interface features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
