• To participate in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies, procedures and programs that align with the strategic goals of the Company.
• To support areas related to performance management such as the performance appraisal framework, employee reward schemes (e.g. base pay, incentives, reward schemes, and employee benefits) and employee development programs.
• To participate in the development of the compensation and benefits grading scale.
• To assist in monitoring employment market trends, staff availability, and skill shortages, pay rates and competitor packages in order to adapt existing HR policies, procedures and practices; initiate studies as necessary.
• To recommend areas for improvement by collecting, analyzing and reviewing information related to HR and Admin on a monthly basis and across various branches.
• To prepare all reports and correspondences requested by the DCEO in order to ensure consistency and standardizations of formats.
• To prepare and on some occasions, deliver presentations.
• To participate in staff meetings as requested by the DCEO, record/circulate meeting minutes and on some occasions, represent the DCEO in HR and Admin related meetings.
• To follow up on tasks assigned by the DCEO to others and to work with various units and departments (locally and regionally) in order to accomplish tasks.
• To support special projects and perform any other duties as assigned by the DCEO, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.
• To maintain Employee and Company confidential information.
