• Plan, organize and strategize sales objectives and activities of the department to generate revenue.
• Facilitate to conduct SWOT analysis for competitors, competitors’ products, and customer to overcome competition.
• Set strategy during budget deficiency or any other similar situation to meet revenue goal to cover expenses.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analysis the Sales prospects.
• Generate inquiries with Company product specifications, attend pre-tender meetings and participate in tenders
• Prepare and give presentations/ demo in the hospitals and school on periodic basis.
• Initiate marketing calendar, develop marketing material and devise promotion tools for specific category.
• Participate in exhibition and conference, coordinate marketing activities for specific category
• Ensure the team will achieve the given target/goal.
• Conduct regular meeting with team to identify training needs & improve skills.
• Ensure problems are solved with clients as well as internal team members.
• Provide growth opportunities by increasing responsibilities.
• Assist team to develop relation with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Accompany team for client visit, demo, trials, meeting etc. if required.
• Set goals & targets for team and should review it periodically.
• Ensure all the product assigned are given due attention for revenue generation.
