• Regularly visit all outlets and inspect them.
• Take required actions to maintain daily F&B operations as per highest quality standards while achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain operational budget for all outlets regarding supplies and labor and take corrective action as required.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each concept are followed in front- and back-of-the-house.
• Oversee maintenance work in outlets is completed on time, as per budget and specifications.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved.
• Follow-up on action plans for each outlet.
• Conduct regular sales meeting with Restaurant Managers and Supervisors.
• Follow-up with other departments to ensure concerns of outlets are resolved.
• Monitor forecasts, sales and financial analysis of outlets and take required action based on them.
• Ensure new and existing staff is sufficiently trained in coordination with L&D department.
• Motivate and supervise staff and solve any employee related issues.
