The CEO will be responsible for spearheading the company's commercial activities including the establishment of sales and service centers across the Gulf Region. The CEO will have overall P&L responsibility, develop the company's operational process, and strengthen its back office systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan to grow the company's business in the region
- Oversee the company's operations with the objective of improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of service
- Oversee supplier relationship with the objective of improving lines of communications
- Optimize stock and inventory management through the introduction of modern inventory management systems
- Evaluate the performance of senior management personnel and approve evaluation processes for the company's workforce
- Overall responsibility of the company's profitability, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Represent the Company in all its business activities before all persons, governmental and quasi-governmental entities within and outside the UAE
- Prepare and submit the Business Plan and Annual Budget of the Company
- To carry out all kinds of commercial, financial, industrial and other activities related to its objectives or facilities or for developing the business and/or to execute and perform all such lawful contracts and obligations as may be necessary in connection therewith
