Undertakes Various activities related to implementation of various talent management
initiatives. Provides input and participates in the design, adoption and
implementation of such programs.
University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience in talent management or other related HR functions
preferably in the oil industry.
Very good knowledge of Arabic and English.
Exposure to PC operation and in-depth knowledge of job specific IT applications.
