To assist in
managing and controlling customer accounts receivable and supervise
staff to ensure all money owed to the company is billed and received
correctly and in a timely fashion.

To uphold the company’s ethics, operating
policies and conform with the department work instructions.
·
Follows up the performance of employees
in the department and finds solutions for operations and collection of accounts
receivable balances and the work of the company's customer visits, and attends
meetings of the Commission collection.
·
Develops improved methods of work in
the Department to achieve maximum collection of customer accounts in
coordination with various departments in the company.
·
Reviews the collection plan in place
for any necessary adjustment or update.
·
Manages and
controls all the day to day activities of the Collection department.
·
Manages the day to
day cash management, supervises the correct issuance of receipts and payments,
and ensures proper accounting of all transactions.
·
Assists in
preparation of accurate management reports on outstanding balances.
·
Ensures
preparation and submission of a monthly analysis report to the senior
management.
·
Assists in any
other duties assigned by Management as and when required.
·
Prepares Collection Committee’s decisions and follows up its
implementation.
·
Supervises the department and prepares all correspondence to
customers inside and outside the company.
·
