To manage social media accounts, with key objectives in mind. Key objectives include but are not limited to increasing our followers, high engagement rates and ultimately driving footfall and sales to our stores.
ROLE
- Creating social media calendars for Kharafi Global Brands, including Instagram, Facebook, and other social customer touchpoints (as applicable)
- Creating content from our Restaurants products, photoshoots and other promotional artwork and videos.
- Posting on daily basis and managing the accounts in hand.
- Following social media guidelines document created for do’s and do not’s, but also advising us on updated social media guidelines through key learnings on the job
- Making sure content is relevant to the ‘identity’ and ‘target group’ of each platform
- Visiting the restaurants for up to date and fresh social media posts and coverage
- Managing customer comments, inquiries and direct messages (forward to the right department and ensure customers are always replied to on same day)
- Submitting a reports of all social media accounts every month.
