• Effectively & efficiently fill open vacancies (locally & overseas).
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of vacancies as per the manpower plan and calendar.
• Determine job requirements for all vacancies as per job description and in coordination with the Line Manager and HR Manager.
• Screen CVs and interview candidates and follow up with candidates and inform them about their rejection and selection.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts and duty commencement forms.
• Coordinate on-boarding for all new employees and ensure all on-boarding requirements are prepared prior to the joining of the employee.
• Define training needs in coordination with departments heads and develop learning solutions tailored for them
• Conduct training for the designed learning solutions
• Perform post-training evaluation and analyze outcome to ensure the learning transfer and business impact
• Prepare staff engagement plans.
• Communicate with professional associations, bodies and vendors to initiate and coordinate any external learning solutions and ensure our internal learning solutions.
