Basic Function
Exercises overall responsibility and authority for managing procurement operations for construction company at its offices and jobsites worldwide with the principal goal of ensuring that performance of the work meets project needs and is consistent with applicable policies, procedures and objectives.
The Candidate Duties & Responsibilities Will Be :-
- Manages and monitors a world class procurement operations for a construction company its offices and jobsites
- Maintains regular communication with the company's function to maintain knowledge of the project's progress
- Participates with other department managers in the business development efforts, feasibility studies and project planning
- Identifies training needs and directs application of the training program
- Regularly directs or conducts in-depth procurement audit of activities
- Prepares an annual salary plan with respect to company guidelines
- Monitors preparation of project procurement work hour estimates, budgets and schedules
- Formulates and recommends development programs and overhead budgets requests
- Prepares and edits presentations describing procurement methods, trends of lead time, prices or other relevant information.
