Through the Operation Supervisor, oversee and control all aspects of the operation of the plant which would include, among others, the following activities :
• Promote HSE culture and best practise within the operation team
• Process facility optimisation
• Plant and process trouble shooting and guidance to operation team
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Teams to develop the maintenance and inspection plan based on the equipment availability and down time reduction.
• Develop and review of the SOPs.
• Participate to TBRA/HAZOP/Safety audit/ incident investigation.
• Liaise with contractor (e.g. chemical suppliers) to ensure efficient on time delivery of product and services.
• Validate, authenticate and authorize the daily process plant report.
• Implement and adhere to the Safe Work Permitting system, electrical & mechanical lockout and tagging procedures.
• Assume its role in the emergency response plan.
• Approve work request to maintenance
• Assist the plant manager in the preparation of the budget.
