Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Organisation Design
- Conduct continuous assessment of KFH’s Organization structure in order to ensure that it is efficient and in line with strategy.
- Maintain the development cycle and update of KFH Organization Structure (Functional/Positional), Functional Statements, and Job Descriptions in partnership with Compensation and Benefits, and provide specialized expertise to maintain optimized Organization Structure.
- Communicate with all concerned to understand requirements of jobs and prepares job descriptions.
Manpower Planning
- Maintain integrity of KFH's manpower plan (manpower size, quality and organisation).
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive manpower planning model in order to forecast future headcount needs for each year of planning period in coordination with various businesses.
- Conduct various analyses of manpower and prepare manpower reports in order to ensure that needs are met according to requirements.
- Conduct strategic talent planning in coordination with other Talent Management and HR functions in order to adequately plan short and long term talent needs.
Organisation Effectiveness
- Measure organizational effectiveness through metrics and analytics in order to identify areas for improvement and ensure appropriate actions are taken for enhancement.
- Provide all regulatory reporting regarding KFH manpower, Organization Structures, and HR Policies and Procedures; including CBK regular reporting, and ad hoc CBK and CMA reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain HR policy and procedures and coordinate with management for feedback and approvals, and with other HR Functions to ensure sound and proper implementation of approved policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic review of HR Policies and Procedures, analyze implementation practices, and recommend updates and corrective actions whenever required, and follow on the approval process of revised versions.
