Summary/ Context
The Marketing Manager will guide the company by developing and executing best in class marketing strategies, focusing on building and improving brand equity across our digital and traditional channels, improve our customer experience and grow our loyalty base.
Take ownership of the marketing function devising clear deliverables with the Retail teams. Direct, develop and optimize the full potential of the existing marketing team.
Accountabilities
Accountable for developing and executing
marketing strategy for retail and online stores.
Full accountability for Marketing Budget
Key Responsibilities
To build brand equity and develop the customer
experience
Delivery of Above the Line and Below the Line marketing activities, utilising inhouse stakeholder, vendors / partners.
Take ownership of footfall and conversation rates by applying appropriate tactics to enhance the customer journey.
Working with the key retailing departments to develop the companies promotional calendar
Lead the design and implementation of the
marketing strategy for the online trading channel
addressing content marketing campaigns, database marketing, social media
marketing and promotional calendars.
Deliver growth from multiple digital advertising sources, and executing key analyses with minimal supervision.
Expand the brands understanding of the consumer, including interests, inspiration, aspirations, values, and beliefs.
Develop and manage local opportunities /
mall marketing and influencer programs
Devise and execute a strategy to grow and
develop the loyalty base utilising NPS measurements
