Enforce HR policies and procedures, explain and make sure that the employees comply with the employee handbook.
Coordinate the preparation of annual manpower plan with all departments within the organization in liaison with the HR Manager.
Develop and implement the Performance Management System in liaison with the HR Manager.
Provide Department Heads with performance evaluation forms, provide assistance throughout the performance evaluation process and collect the final forms once they are filled
Ensure the availability and periodic maintenance of job descriptions by coordinating with the Department Heads in order to stay updated with any changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions, and administer the development of job descriptions for the new created positions
To identify, analyze and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required
Provide the support needed to help employees in performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
Negotiate staff complaints and act on resolving the same in coordination with the HR Manager in order to ensure professional and healthy work relations.
Implement set sourcing strategies to assist with the recruitment of talent to meet hiring needs.
Review applications & CVs and assess the suitability of candidates against pre-defined criteria as well as job specification
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
