Position Purpose:
Manage baristas and Provide quality customer service and demonstrate knowledge of coffee and tea products and equipment.
Principal Accountabilities:
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Teaching Baristas on how to make a difference to our customers by educating them about our premium coffees and other McCafe products.
- Train baristas on how to greet all customers, provide fast, friendly service and develop a relationship with our customers by learning their favourite drinks and food items.
- Train baristas on how to Handle coffee preparation and assists customers with the selections of various coffee blends, teas, hot and cold beverages, smoothies, and bakery items.
- Regularly check if equipment operates properly and
report any maintenance needs. - Regularly check the temperature of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to be as per the standards to maintain highest served quality and consistent products standards.
- Ensure that McCafe stations are stocked with the necessary serving materials like paper products or beverage preparation items.
