Overview:
Working as a Brand Training Manager within Alshaya provides the opportunity to lead, manage and deliver learning and development opportunities to employees within your designated brands/functional area across MENA. You will work with HR Business Partners and Divisional Management to ensure all strategies are aligned with business goals and HR strategy. You will be overlooking the training flow, structure and teams in different markets.
Requirements:
- Strong training experience
- Strong strategic thinking, good planning and organising skills
- Optics experience is a must
