• To deliver technical training on diagnostic repair procedures, both electrical and mechanical to after-sales staff.
• To deliver training courses for sales and co-related staff.
• Develop a training plan as per agreement with the Training Manager.
• Timely update of training materials.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the delegates and dealer networks.
• Attend training courses offered by the manufacturer and convert the knowledge into an effective training curriculum for the trainees.
• Participate in trainer education program provided by the manufacturers.
• Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the quality management procedures set by the principal.
• Develop appropriate training solutions and plans that are relevant to the brands and cater to the immediate and long-term requirements of the company.
• Deliver of induction training for new joiners to the company and to ensure they understand the organization structure, strategy, and objectives and appreciate the work culture and values of the brand.
• Evaluate the performance of participants during and after the training to measure the effectiveness of each session.
• To perform any other duty assigned by the manager according to the business requirements.
