- Handling all the support functions of the POS & EPG business.
- Ensure complete/accurate merchant’s accounts/details setups related to POS/EPG on K-Net system.
- Ensure a smooth implementations and be in line with K-Net procedure in regards to adding new merchants/Outlet terminals/removals/revisits and claims. – complete implementing on activating.
- Ensure a smooth implantation and be in line with Warba Bank and Visa/Master procedure in regards to activating new credit service card based on the signed agreements, and any changes for existing merchant.
- Handling and insure closure of all request supplied by our merchants.
- Ensure the daily batch processing/credit card daily files/ and suspense account reconciliations is done by end of each working day.
- Handling all claims debit/credit cards reported by merchants.
- Ensure closure of the charge back cases according to Visa/Master Card procedure and Ensure a proper follow-up for each case.
- Filing and responsible for the archive, according to Warba Bank rules (Audit).
