The Role:
- Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
- Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Prepares GAP analysis, Exec documents, white papers and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.
- Ability to working with all department resources and levels to enabling the organisations to meet their goals.
- Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation & training staff in how to use new systems
- Manage business expectations for scope
- Manage business during meeting and drive working independently
- Manage requirement meetings and share updated from meetings
- Applies an agile approach on all level of his work
- Supports UAT by validating requirements and system functionalities
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
- Background in Engineering/Computer Science
- Candidates with Magento / Acquia / IBM / Oracle experience preferred/Any eCommerce technology
Knowledge (Desired):- Excellent Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills to deliver best in class user stories
- Determines objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Analyze system and business process requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications
