- Acquire new POS – EPG Merchants
- Responsibility for growing and delivering on the agreed sales / volume and targets.
- Ensure that all relevant market information in the Kuwaiti market is collected and contacted so that new profitable sales are achieved.
- Provide after sale service to fulfill Merchant’s requirements and continuously deliver outstanding customer service
- Review and implement in conjunction with the manager the most effective methods of approaching new merchants (Phone calls, Mailings, networks, etc.)
- Engage in up-selling/cross-selling other Warba bank products when appropriate.
- To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries in line with Warba Bank sales process.
