Job Summary:
IT business partner, trusted advisor and the primary interface with the business to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the business groups to prioritize & plan business initiatives to support and maintain business operations and requirements.
- Explore business opportunities and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
- Drive IT services delivery to meet business needs in accordance with service
- Analyze end user requirements and document in form of proposed new projects (vision document).
- Assist the business in defining initiatives, including objective, cost benefit analysis, determining operational feasibility and manpower estimations to facilitate the development of a comprehensive business case.
- Build and utilize standard templates to ensure exhaustiveness of business requirements.
- Assist the project managers to ensure timely delivery within budget
- Conduct post implementation reviews and escalate problems to facilitate provision of timely solutions.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of IT systems, processes and practices taking into account 'international leading practices ', improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Develop IT business relationship management policies, processes, and procedures.
- Research and development.
- Develop and manage business SLA's.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
