Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing support in relations to the creation, implementation and maintaining of DHAMAN’s Quality Management System, and ensuring its alignment with policies, procedures and standards of DHAMAN.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Activities
- Control and enhance DHAMAN’s Quality Management System in order to meet customer statutory and regulatory requirements using the suitable quality management tools and techniques.
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager in managing Internal Quality Audit on DHAMANs’ projects and operations in order to ensure DHAMAN’s Quality Management System is effective and efficient.
- Support the Quality Manager in designing and implementing the Operational Risk Management Framework in order to ensure lower auditing costs and reduce exposure to future possible risks.
- Ensure all quality documents are up to DHAMAN’s standards and are documented and maintained in order to ensure quality requirements are met and business operations are consistent.
- Recommend suggestions within the QMS Management Review meetings in order to improve quality deviations and to ensure DHAMAN’s goals and objectives are being met.
- Review all business operations KPIs and ensure the alignment with DHAMAN’s overall strategy and objectives in addition to ensuring all KPIs within DHAMAN are being met by relevant stakeholders/departments.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
