- Ensuring all the transactions are processed in line with RU policies and procedures
- Verify all transactions are processed in a timely manner and are in line with CBK rules and regulations
- Process and verify inward transfers from local and/or international banks.
- Ensure all MSB files are uploaded successfully to FCUBS without any delay or issues.
- Verify/Create various SWIFT message types.
- Respond to queries raised by customers and other departments
- Reconcile daily work and ensures nothing remains pending.
- Acts as a backup in the absence of Remittances Specialist.
- Work with business team leader to Plan and lead improvement projects by providing key insights related to people or process improvement options and provide guidance & support to the team throughout the projects initiated by the Business Process Management and Process Improvement department.
