Required Kuwaiti Nationals for a Petroleum Company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handel all the Marketing Department Correspondence and reporting system
- Search any advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the: press, social media network (twitter, instagram etc...), or depending on any campaigns
- Preparing and managing printings and all marketing materials including: leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters
- Managing and maintaining the branding of our fuel stations (ALFA fuel stations)
- Coordinating with the creative designer and the printing press
- Organizing campaigns and attending events such as: conferences (general assembly), and exhibitions
- Managing budgets and coordinating with the development team
- Handling sponsorship and dealing with the finance department for such things.
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
- Arranging the annual report for Soor fuel marketing company
- Presenting and devising new ideas to the management unit
SHEQ Responsibility:
- To enforce and maintain the SHEQ Management Systems within the area of your responsibilities as well as providing strategic direction to improve SHEQ Management Systems
- To monitor the SHEQ performance within the areas of your responsibilities
- To maintain SHEQ-controlled data, documentation and records within the areas of their responsibilities
- Implementation of the SHEQ Policy, Objectives & Targets
- Follows up on the major activities for protecting the people, property, and environment
