We are a leading industrial company in the Gulf region producing engineering products and services and have reputed partners from around the world. We specialize in the manufacturing of Grizzly feeders, conveyor systems, cement silos, bins, tanks, lathes, sand washing system, concrete recycle system, crushing and screening equipment, heavy duty equipments and spares, crushers, hopper etc.
Responsibilities
1. Supervising all maintenance and repairing of production equipment.
2. Calculating rework & scrap analysis.
3. Designing of standard products & non-standard products as per customer’s requirement.
4. Preparing technical parts list and bill of material of whole products.
5. Modification in design for cost reduction and easy manufacturing without compromising on quality standards.
6. Studying of draft standards & Making the drawings as per ISI and also refer the other standards.
7. Drawing preparation of complete Mechanical works with bills of material.
8. Preparing technical parts list and bill of material of whole products.
9. Erection and Installation work of products at sites and handling sub-contractors, foremen, supervisors, and direct manpower to carry out site preparations & implementations for mechanical works at site.
10. Implementing system of Quality System Basic and work to sustain the system by conducting periodic checks on the production and find solutions to the problems which may arise to ensure product quality.
11. Inspection & quality control of materials to achieve the required Project Specification Quality.
12. Planning schedule for mechanical services as per the main contractor planning schedule to ensure the work should complete in time with the given specifications.
13. Procurement of Material to site and maintaining daily progress report.
14. Producing and maintaining production records reports detailing daily activities, material used and man-hours, and generating daily and monthly reports.
15. Carrying out all practical and administrative activities required to affect continuous and effective production, treatment, and storage.
16. Maintaining an inventory of supplies / spare parts / tools necessary to minimize downtime of equipment.
17. Dragging explanation & problem sorting out with related clients for fast working & timely achievement of work.
18. Guidance to machine shop, assembly shop, Supervisors, Quality control Inspectors & Vendors, for solving problems and troubleshooting.
19. Attending internal project meetings with the client, consultant & Main contractor to review the progress of project and quality checks.
20. Co-ordination with sales Department for explaining technical and other information for finalizing the orders with customers.
21. Able to handled and lead the team, capability in carrying out site activities, client co-ordination, site inspection.
22. Preparing monthly billing according to monthly progress of installations of services.
23. Preparing of Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
24. Thorough knowledge of the product, product features and product comparison with competitors.
25. Any other work related to the concerned subject, as and when assigned by the management.
