Role Title: Call Center Agent
Reporting to: Call Center Manager
Role purpose summary: To manage the call center with professional service
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Manage the call center professionally
- Responsible to reply to all the calls received by the client with adequate answers
- Maintain the logs of complaints & escalations
- Follow up for the VIP cases
- Maintain full confidentiality of the medical information
- Should be ready to work in shifts depending on the work load.
