Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory function of the vehicle sales department by working closely with multiple internal and external entities to ensure error-free and timely availability of vehicles for Al Mulla sales, other departments and Al Mulla employees.
- Confirm availability of cars to Sales personnel based on order specifications received from Al Mulla showrooms
- Print Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) list containing details of confirmed car sales and instruct yard supervisor to move cars from yard to PDI garage; liaise with Al Mulla Cargo to transport cars from FTZ to yard, in case they are not stocked in the yard
- Liaise with Yard Supervisor to transport cars from PDI garage to sales showrooms based on orders placed at each outlet
- Ensure dispatch of completed vehicles to Inventory Control and then to yard for storage
- Comply with Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures affecting self and others
- Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner
- Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration
- Contribute to the department’s development by providing timely suggestions and feedback.
