The Document Controller shall be responsible for all office job related issues, requirements and administration work.
Main Activities:
• Accurate and timely maintenance of files of office.
• Ensure that all secretarial activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Be proactive in identifying priorities, emergencies and important issues in connection with the day-to-day business needs.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, correspondence and telephone calls and ensure that it is translated properly.
• Take minutes and type memos, letters and emails, in Arabic/English, as requested and ensure its correct archive.
• Ensure the organization of all administrative filling and referencing procedures.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
