We are looking for a Services Sales Manager with experience in process packages and technologies, particularly related to separation, oil processing, water treatment and gas processing. Located in Kuwait, the Services Sales Manager will represent Fjords Processing in Business Development & Sales activities for Aftermarket (Spares, Field Services and Training) and Brownfield (studies, testing / sampling, revamps, process optimization and rental businesses) primarily in Kuwait, occasionally in the rest of the Middle East, and at sites where required.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for securing sales through building customer relationships and promoting Fjords’ full Services offering.
Full ownership for building and maintaining customer relationships in Kuwait, while contributing ad hoc to the same in other countries of the EMEA area of responsibility
Promote the full spectrum of Fjords’ Services offering in the “front line” with client, including at site
Deliver proposals to clients for different Services offerings in large autonomy
Support the BD Sales / tender organization to answer to client request (quotes, etc.)
Ensure Services orders / projects sold are executed in an efficient way and at a level of quality recognized by our client
Full ownership for sites activities when scope awarded to Fjords, including:
o Control of installations according to checklists.
o Start-up of process units, including optimizing processes, test etc.
o Instruct and train operating personnel at site.
o Plan, manage and execute service inspections of process units, including troubleshooting, optimizing of operation and tests as well as control of units.
Travel required approximately 60% of the time as required by company
FACILITY SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES:
Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Touching base with the Kuwait installed base and our competitors supplied equipment for upgrade and retrofitting
Develop the Services Market in Kuwait
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Formal Competence and experience
Engineering Degree (preferably Mechanical / Process) or equivalent
Minimum 12+ years’ experience within oil and gas industries
Experience in process packages and technologies
Broad industrial network in Kuwait and the Middle East
Good business and commercial understanding
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
