Objective:
To plan, develop and implement professional HR practices to support the functions of the company through effective utilization of Human Resources to achieve Company’s goals and objectives more efficiently.
Major Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement HR policies to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meeting the company's objectives.
- To develop and implement HR processes to ensure execution of smooth HR functions.
- To develop, implement, and manage HR Planning processes to meet Company’s Human Resources needs more effectively.
- To develop the Job descriptions and placements of staff for the right positions with more clarification of their roles and accountabilities.
- To ensure timely recruitment of required Human Resources through effective recruitment sources in order to meet company’s needs.
- To develop and maintain Job Database of applicants for all positions through Consultants, Websites and others.
- To develop and maintain Human Resources Information system and Personal Filing system to ensure smooth operations.
- To plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- To carryout Training Needs Assessment at various levels in coordination with concerned departments.
- To prepare annual training and development plan and assisting in arranging all allied facilities for training in accordance with Training Needs Assessment.
- To carryout performance evaluation of employees at the end of year and recommendations for performance management and career development.
- To prepare and update the compensation packages of employees in accordance with organization policies and market values.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
