STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS
- Oversee clients’ portfolio and manage all their Marketing activities on a day to day basis
- Build strong relationships with all clients and place their needs at the heart of every delivery
- Take ownership of clients’ briefs - from strategy to implementation and through detailed reporting (updating client status report, receiving creative changes from client and relaying them to creative team)
CORE FUNCTION
- Seek out new business opportunities through existing and new clients
- Meet with clients, identify their needs and provide them with Marketing service recommendations and solutions
- Prepare pitches, presentations and proposals
- Keep up to date with marketplace information, trends and industry news to understand changing realities of clients
- Manage resources and deadlines to meet client project milestones
- Maintain a strong network of partners and suppliers
- Master both the strategic aspect and the operational aspect of the business
- Handle the whole creative process from brief to project deployment
- Direct the team in executing all Marcom projects (positioning, editorial content creation, branding –brand identity, stationary, packaging logo revamping, business cards, brochures, website, visual standards and retail bags and collateral including corporate and category brochures and sales kit-, above-the-line -integrated advertising campaigns -shooting TV commercials to 3D animations, print, outdoor-, digital and social media, below-the-line -direct marketing, promotions and CRM- and communications -PR, media relations, events, exhibitions and products launching)
- Provide clients with digital and social media strategy, advice and performance reports
- Counsel clients on matters related to the communication and marketing fields
- Identify suitable additional agency services and cross-sell different services to address clients’ needs to add further value
TEAM
- Manage and coach a team of three creative associates with branding, design and digital marketing backgrounds
- Assure training's and performance appraisals for all members to develop their skills
- Provide team with briefs and all other required information and changes
- Ensure all members are working in harmony to deliver creative products that display a real understanding of the client’s need
- Oversee the creative process and provide constructive feedback
- Drive innovation and fresh thinking and encourage insights generation
- Oversee artwork, graphics packages and proof all files production
