Job purpose:
To manage the sales process for Solar & PPF film along with all related products to retail and internal customers. Will be responsible to direct the team to achieve the top and bottom line objectives of the department.
Accountabilities
- Achieve sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed budgeted revenues.
- Day-to-day supervision of the sales & workshop activity.
- Dealing with customer queries, complaints & warranty issues
- Maximizing profitability through upselling & cross selling.
- Liaising with VSD & Marketing on sales promotions, displays and merchandizing.
- Ensuring compliance with procedure & policy including health and safety regulations Sales forecasting, inventory planning and compilation of necessary reports for management to review.
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff & production team.
- Coordinate with CRM to generate leads from VSD customers
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Training, supervising and appraising staff
