Should be able to handle the interior projects right from the concept level to the finishing level independently.
Working experience in delivering branded coffee shops, showroom, restaurants, offices etc in high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities include analyzing the client requirement, conceptualization of the plan.
Project scheduling including material & manpower planning, anchoring & supervising on-site construction activities to ensure completion of the project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Good knowledge of Interior Works, Fit-out, Joinery works, Corian, HVAC, MEP etc.
Completion and handover the project, Handling the team, Dealing with Sub-contractors, etc.
Should prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports
Ensuring quality of work.
Working experience in Autocad
